An introduction to Human Systems Dynamics, this course looks at the power of inquiry and the ability to ask good questions (what? so what? now what?). This course teaches you set the conditions for teams to participate in meaningful ways and to establish simple rules to foster engagement in order to perpetuate action and outcomes.

An interactive course that introduces the concept of coaching as a leadership approach. At the core of this course, the coach holds their partner able and strives to ask questions to help expand knowledge and comfort zones and explore challenges.
