This was an interesting dashboard that allowed me to create charts and reports about the incidence of chronic conditions in BC based on region, age, and gender.

This article looked at the impact of incentive payments on chronic disease management in BC. These incentives are payable to physicians who follow patients with chronic illness. This incentive program was aimed at rewarding longitudinal care over time versus episodic visits as a strategy to manage chronic illness in the province.
